I cannot praise Rachel, from Beauty by Rach, enough! Being a first time client for any type of service like Xeomin or Botox, I was nervous. I did not want to appear "plastic" or look so different that everyone knew I had work done. I needn't have worried! Rachel explained the entire process and put me at ease. She takes her time, you never feel rushed, and she never tries to "upsell" or add services you don't need. Amber, her assistant, is helpful and kind as well. Should you have ANY issues, Amber is quick to respond to texts and Rachel is more than happy to bring you back in to check anything you might be concerned about . And the results? Just amazing! I can't explain how happy I am. For the first time in 20 years, I'm receiving compliments again. I feel fresh, uplifted and confident. The entire experience was, put simply, wonderful. I'll never go anywhere else!
